Concrete sticks to the inside of mixer drums gradually, with trucks conservatively accumulating 1,000 kilos per month. If the truck is chipped every 3 months, the lost revenue from the truck’s reduced carrying capacity (due to this accumulated concrete) equates to staggering losses.

Our Solution

Our safe treatment bonds with composite or steel to create a barrier that will not allow concrete to stick to the internal walls and fins of the drum. Simply apply the liquid to your cleaned drum, let it cure overnight, then operate your truck as normal.

It works in all temperatures, is epoxy-free, non-butyl, non-flammable, non-fuming, non-staining, and needs no protective gear during use. Lasts for over 1,200 CBM, does not interfere with compaction test results, and is 100% safe for all pours, including D.O.T. pours.
