This data is fed into a simple, yet highly effective, light indicator system. The key element is the prominent red and green light visible to the truck drivers. When the sensor detects an overload condition – indicating the jaw is reaching its capacity – the light immediately turns red, halting the dumping process. Only when the level decreases to a predetermined safe threshold does the light revert to green, allowing loading to resume.

The beauty of this solution lies in its simplicity and practicality. It doesn’t require complex software or extensive training. The visual cues provide immediate and unambiguous feedback to the truck drivers, ensuring consistent and safe loading practices.
